As a native Arizonan, Sarah is a graduate from Arizona State University with a degree in Communications and Business Management.
She spent her first few years after college improving the lives of youth at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Scottsdale planning programs and events. Since then, she broke into the Phoenix PR community and currently works as Assistant Account Executive at DRA Strategic Communications, a full service, strategic marketing and communications firm.
In the local community she is active in the Phoenix Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Copper Anvil Awards committee and serves as University Relations chair working closely with the ASU student chapter (PRSSA). In addition, she is on the PR committee for the Beer for Brains Foundation, a non-profit organization of craft-beer lovers who are committed to raising public awareness about brain cancer.
